The app allows you to:

• Read school notices and newsletters
• View school term dates and the school calendar
• Notify the school if your child is absent or late
• Select how you wish to receive notifications
• Access school reports

It’s important that you log in using the email address you provided when enrolling your child—this is the same email where you receive school communications. If you haven’t received any emails from us, it likely means we don’t have your correct email on file. If this is the case, please contact our school office as soon as possible so we can remedy this.

Use of Hero

Our school uses Hero, a secure cloud-based education platform, to support teaching, learning, communication, administration and school operations.  To provide these services, personal information about students, parents, caregivers and staff may be disclosed to and collected by Hero on behalf of the school. This information may include contact details, enrolment information, attendance records, achievement and assessment information, wellbeing information, health information provided to the school, and other information necessary for the delivery of educational services.

Hero collects and processes this information solely for the purpose of providing services to the school and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
