Our school day is structured to support learning, play, and wellbeing. Below are the main times for the Kahurangi School day.

8:50am – School starts
Children who arrive after 8:50am are late and must report to the school office.

10:00am – Fruit break (Junior school)
Junior students eat fruit in their classrooms.

11:00am – Morning tea

11:30am – Learning time

12:30pm – Lunch

1:20pm – Water bell
This bell lets children know that lunchtime is nearly over and that they should get a drink and use the bathroom if needed.

1:30pm – Learning time

3:00pm – End of the school day
